Return Window:

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  • Book your parcel through any courier company.

  • Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or feature, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective item, wrong size/model sent).

Refund Amount:

The refundable amount will be processed without shipping charges if the product was delivered as per the original order. Only the product’s charges will be refunded.

Warranty Policy:

All products sold by StyleAurTech come with a 1-month limited warranty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burns, power surge issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • To claim warranty, the customer must contact us within 1 month of delivery and provide proof of purchase.

  • Warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
